Subscription & Billing Policy

Official Business Document • NuMelt Labs Inc.

Last Updated and Effective Date: July 20, 2026

1. Auto-Renewal and Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in any recurring product subscription, auto-ship continuity program, or automatic replenishment service for our NuMelt products (collectively, "Subscriptions"), you explicitly authorize NuMelt Labs LLC to securely maintain your payment credentials on file and automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. This recurring charge will be processed automatically at the frequency selected during your initial checkout (such as every 30 calendar days) and will include the standard product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees displayed during your initial enrollment. You explicitly agree that the Company and its integrated, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (including, but not limited to, Stripe, Square and Shopify Payments) are authorized to execute these recurring transactions without requiring further individual authorization or prior notice for each distinct billing cycle, and this authorization remains in full force and effect until you formally modify, pause, or cancel your active subscription in accordance with our terms.

2. Billing Cycle, Notification Protocols, and Price Adjustments

Your recurring billing cycle is established on the exact calendar date you complete your initial subscription purchase, and subsequent renewal orders will be processed and billed automatically at your selected interval unless adjustments are made to your account. NuMelt Labs LLC reserves the absolute right to adjust general product and subscription pricing at any time; however, in the event of any subscription rate modification, the Company will provide you with written advance notice via the email address associated with your customer account profile prior to your upcoming billing cycle. This advance notice provides a reasonable time to review the adjusted rate and exercise your absolute right to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription before the updated billing rate takes effect on your next scheduled auto-renewal date.

3. Subscription Management, Pausing, and Modification

We believe in providing complete transparency and flexibility, allowing you to easily manage your recurring supplement shipments directly through your secure online profile. You maintain the absolute right to modify your shipment frequencies, change delivery addresses, swap specific NuMelt product variations, or temporarily pause your upcoming order at any time by logging in to your secure customer account portal on our website. To ensure your modifications or temporary adjustments are successfully registered for an upcoming cycle, all portal changes must be made before the automated processing and generation of your scheduled renewal invoice, as any variations attempted after a renewal order has entered our automated fulfillment pipeline will apply strictly to the following scheduled delivery cycle.

4. Cancellation Policy and Technical Enforcement

In strict compliance with federal automatic renewal protections and state-specific consumer laws, you maintain the absolute right to terminate your recurring subscription at any time without incurring any structural breakout fees, financial penalties, or administrative cancellation barriers. You may execute an immediate cancellation by using the self-service cancellation tools in your secure customer account portal, or submit a formal cancellation request by emailing our dedicated customer support team at billing@numeltlabs.com. To successfully prevent your next scheduled recurring charge, portal terminations or manual email cancellation requests must be fully submitted and timestamped before the automated execution of your upcoming renewal transaction. If your renewal transaction has already been executed and processed by our payment networks, it is finalized; the resulting order cannot be modified or recalled from our fulfillment queue, and your formal cancellation request will take effect immediately on the subsequent billing date.

5. Payment Failures, Grace Periods, and Account Suspensions

To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your wellness supplements, your billing credentials must remain accurate, up to date, and fully valid. If a scheduled recurring transaction is declined by your credit card issuer or banking institution due to expiration, insufficient funds, or general security blocks, our automated billing system will attempt to retry the charge within a designated grace period. During this collection period, we may temporarily suspend your active shipment queue and pause the fulfillment of your upcoming NuMelt orders until valid payment information is provided. If our automated retry protocols fail repeatedly and your payment credentials cannot be verified or updated within 14 calendar days of the initial decline, your subscription account may be formally suspended for non-payment, and the associated recurring contract may be terminated, without prejudice to our right to recover any outstanding balances.
