1. Order Processing and Fulfillment Timelines
Because NuMelt Labs utilizes advanced automated inventory systems and specialized formulation-fulfillment facilities to guarantee premium quality, each order enters a multi-stage production queue almost immediately after checkout. All orders require an estimated 2 to 4 business days to pull raw materials, print custom labels, securely package your dietary supplement strips, and verify quality control before being handed over to our shipping carriers, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once processing is complete and your package is handed over to our designated shipping carriers, domestic transit to its final destination typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus transit time, and while we make every administrative effort to ensure expedited fulfillment, all posted delivery windows are good-faith estimates and cannot be legally guaranteed.
2. Shipping Rates, Destinations, and P.O. Boxes
Shipping and handling fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your order's total weight and your precise destination, and all fees are clearly displayed on screen before finalizing your transaction. We ship continuously to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to United States territories, and we gladly ship to standard domestic P.O. Boxes, as well as APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses via the United States Postal Service. To maintain strict regulatory compliance for ingestible wellness products, NuMelt Labs currently restricts commercial distribution to the United States, so we do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, and Carrier Delays
Upon the successful generation of your shipping label and dispatch from our fulfillment network, an automated electronic notification containing a trackable carrier number will be sent to the email address associated with your customer account profile. It may take 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking telemetry in their public interface after dispatch. Once a package leaves our physical custody, NuMelt Labs shall not be held legally or financially liable for carrier transit delays, routing errors, adverse weather disruptions, or general supply chain bottlenecks.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Shipments
The Company utilizes secure shipping methods that provide verified delivery confirmation metrics, and if your tracking number displays a delivered status but you have not physically received your package, you must verify the accuracy of the final shipping destination, allow an additional 24 hours for carrier logging errors, and inspect surrounding delivery zones or consult with neighbors prior to contacting our support network. If the shipment remains unrecovered after completing these verification steps, you assume sole responsibility for filing an official missing mail claim directly with the respective shipping carrier. NuMelt Labs cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages that possess a contractually verified delivered status from the carrier.
5. Order Modification Restrictions and Contact Information
In strict compliance with our Master Terms of Service, orders are synchronized with our logistics infrastructure almost instantly, meaning you may request an emergency correction to an erroneous shipping address only before the order is formally accepted into active processing by our fulfillment network. Once an order enters the custom packaging or labeling queue, the transaction is structurally locked and cannot be amended or recalled.
